Prestige Luxury Properties, LLC was formed by Charlene Moschella, Broker and Tashia McGinn on August 29, 2008. Charlene and Tashia offer extensive experience, insight, and tenacity. Charlene Moschella obtained her Mississippi broker’s license in 1973, and has additionally been licensed in Louisiana and Texas. She has represented many real estate development companies with their sales and marketing programs. She has a strong background in property management, land acquisitions, feasibility studies, bookkeeping, reports, and a highly successful track record with sales. Tashia though in the business only 3 years has over excelled in real estate sales. She has surpassed all the competitors with her proven sales record. Multi-faceted with her accomplishments, Tashia will be the force to be reckoned with on the Gulf Coast.
